- Cover Essential Document Fees – Pay for birth certificates, passports, and other legal identity documents for U.S.-born children in mixed-status families.
- Provide Legal Consultation Support – Continue covering fees for trusted immigration legal advice, referrals, and document preparation.
- Support Family Preparedness Planning – Assist families in completing Family Preparedness documents, naming caregivers or guardians, and understanding their legal options.
- Emergency Family Assistance – Establish a small emergency fund to:
- Support families if a parent is detained by ICE (temporary rent, food, or transportation costs).
- Transport children to reunite with deported parents when appropriate and safe.
